We do not want to see anyone left behind when your event takes place because they could not afford to come. To make sure this does not happen we have created a bursary fund for churches, Christian groups and organisations. Any Christian group can apply where there is financial need, and you are also using your own funds or other means to subsidise your event.
We want to bless as many churches and Christian organisations as possible with our bursary fund so just to remind you of the following conditions:
- The application must be made at least three months prior to your contracted event
- Payments to Christian Conference Trust are received in full by the invoice due date
- You bring at least the minimum delegate numbers as shown on the contract
Should any of these conditions not be met we reserve the right to withdraw a grant in part or in full.
We will confirm if your application has been successful at least four weeks before you arrive, with the amount awarded being at our discretion.
