All our centres have ample free parking on site. If you are staying at The Hayes your event organiser should tell you if you are registering in the Main House or Lakeside. For Lakeside registrations, follow signs for Lakeside Accommodation and Parking on arrival.

Electric car charging facilities are available at all of our venues on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit reception to pay for a charging session before use. Our chargers typically deliver around 7kW of power and are charged at 50p per kWh (subject to change).

At The Hayes we have four chargers which can be found at the back of the car park to the left of reception as you drive in. There are also two next to Lakeside accommodation.

At High Leigh you can find four charges at the end of the accommodation block near the Chapel Barn and three more in the car park as you enter the centre.

At Highgate House two chargers can be found at the far end of the car park under the tree close to the accommodation wing.

All our main conference halls are accessible for delegates with disabilities and feature hearing aid loops. We have a selection of accessible bedrooms available at each centre, please ensure that your conference organiser knows your requirements so that appropriate accommodation may be reserved for you.

Please check with your conference organiser for your arrival time.

Bedrooms will be available as soon as possible on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

A duty manager will be available between 7.30am and 11.30pm

Outside of these times, emergency contact details will be posted at reception and available via your event organiser should you need to contact a member of staff.

You'll find free-of-charge Wi-Fi at all of our venues. This service is available in all meeting rooms, common areas and bedrooms, at speeds of around 10mbps per user.

Speak to reception in advance of your arrival if you require access to our faster network to live stream your event via the internet.

Smoking is not permitted inside any CCT building, including e-cigarettes.

Our centres are all-inclusive. Throughout your stay, you will enjoy cooked and continental breakfasts, light lunches and hot evening buffets.

We provide dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as cater for guests with any of the 14 recognised allergens.

Simply advise your event organiser before arrival. 

Our freshly ground coffee machines are available from 8am-8pm every day. Quality teas and hot chocolate are also included and are available between these times. Please note, tea and coffee facilities are available in bedrooms and supplies will be replenished daily by housekeeping between 9am-3pm.

Drinks from the bar at not included in your package and payment is by credit or debit card only.

Our centres are all-inclusive. You'll enjoy unlimited freshly ground coffee, tea and hot chocolate between 8am and 8pm. All meals are also included throughout your stay and we have a bar which accepts credit and debit cards.

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not allow external food and drink to be brought on site unless agreed in advance by the front of house team.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed but guide dogs / assistance dogs are permitted. 

A bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest in their bedroom. Bed linen is also provided. 

Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms. 

Soap, shower gel/shampoo will be provided in your bedroom/bathroom at all centres.

Due to the nature of the events we host, we do not have TV’s in our bedrooms. However, there are TV’s available in common areas of the centres. Fast WIFI is available in all bedrooms. Please see your in-room information pack for details.

The Hayes

A pool table and various board games are available in the book room.

Our Club House has a variety of facilities for young people and families including table tennis, air hockey, a soft play area and board games.

We also have a large sports hall available for five-a-side football, badminton and basketball.

The Hayes is equipped with an indoor gym for the exclusive use of our guests.

Both the gym and games room are for guests aged 18 and over.

High Leigh

High Leigh is equipped with an indoor gym for the exclusive use of our guests.

Indoor and outdoor table tennis tables are also available, as well as a selection of board games in the games room.

There is an outside area where guests may play football or tennis, and our fitness trail and play area are now available in the garden.

Highgate House

Highgate House is equipped with an indoor gym for the exclusive use of our guests.

There is no charge for using any of the sports areas or the Gym, they are all included in the price. The gym is for adults 18 and over.

At Highgate House, you will find a Junior Clubhouse with games and indoor space for children and youth to let off steam.

There is plenty of outdoor space and a selection of smaller sports equipment.

We serve delicious, hearty English meals.

In order to pick up sound through induction loops, your hearing aid needs to be on the ‘Telecoil’ or ‘T’ setting. Some hearing aids can easily turn this on and off with the push of a button or through an app. However, some may need to be programmed to have this option. If this is the case, you’ll need to see your audiologist.
