A guide to our family facilities

As our CCT venues cater specially to both small groups and large organisations, families often attend events at The Hayes, High Leigh and Belsey Bridge. Children and parents of all ages can get a huge amount from these conferences and get-togethers, with every event a chance for families to spend quality time together and to meet and make friends with like-minded people from across the country.

In order to ensure all of the families that visit our venues are comfortable throughout their stay, we offer a variety of large, versatile rooms that are ideal for children and parents. Ranging from spacious rooms with sofa beds and z-beds to suites with a selection of single and double beds, there’s sure to be an accommodation option at each of our venues to suit your requirements or needs.

Family rooms

At the end of a busy day of meetings, workshops and activities, parents and children alike will be glad of a comfortable bed where they can get some rest. At all of our venues, you’ll find a range of family friendly rooms with both double and single beds, z-beds and even cots available to sleep smaller children.

As well as this, all of the family rooms at our venues offer en-suite bathroom facilities, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience for all.

Discounted rates

To make it as easy as possible for families to attend events together, we offer a variety of discounts for children travelling with parents. Children aged 6-16 will receive a 50% discount when they stay at one of our venues, while children under five can stay at CCT sites for free.

Accessible facilities

Parents travelling with disabled children, or adults with disabilities themselves, will find a range of accessible facilities at all of our venues. These include specially adapted bathrooms, complete with accessible showers and alarm pull chords, wide doorways and lots of space for wheel chairs and other mobility aids.

Facilities for families

Having fun

When families aren’t attending workshops and organised activities, there’s lots to keep children and adults busy. Families will find a great choice of leisure facilities and games available at all of our venues. What’s more, all CCT sites are surrounded by landscape gardens and pristine countryside, giving families space to relax, have fun and enjoy some fresh air during their stay.

As the exact facilities and rooms available vary at each of our venues, organisers are provided with detailed site maps to help them allocate the rooms that are most appropriate to families’ needs and requirements.
