To help you enjoy the best produce the UK has to offer, the team at The Hayes has decided to give their winter menu an overhaul and add some specially designed seasonal dishes to their offerings. Healthy and packed with flavour, there’ll be a hand crafted seasonal meal on the menu every day of the week.
To help get your meal off on the right foot, we’re serving up a warming seasonal soup as a tasty starter. Made from a selection of winter vegetables, our soup of the day comes complete with delicious bread rolls – the perfect way to start your feast.
We’re especially excited by the excellent choice of seasonal mains available at The Hayes. Every day there’ll be a different meal on offer such as lamb hot pot, homemade shepherd’s pie or homemade beef and vegetable pie. For Vegetarians, our menus will include dishes like vegetarian shepherd’s pie, vegetarian casserole or vegetarian Wellington.
These mouth-watering seasonal mains will be served with winter veg such as braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash and swede, roast potatoes, roast parsnips or jacket potatoes. Perfect for cold days, this warming feast will help to keep you going all day long.
To finish off your winter feast, we’ve added some sumptuous seasonal puddings to our menu. There’ll be a different pudding on offer every day, with apple and blackberry pie and custard, Bakewell tart and apple and blackcurrant crumble all featuring on the special winter menu.
