Bursary Fund available for Christian Groups and Organisations

Whether it’s an annual conference, a praise and worship meeting or a monthly get together, we know that the events which take place at our centres are very important to the groups and delegates attending. So to help as many people as possible experience an event at a CCT venue, we’ve created a bursary fund for Christian groups and organisations. Designed to provide funding to delegates who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend, the fund is an essential part of the service we offer and shows our commitment to our organisations and delegates.

Who can apply?

We offer bursaries to any Christian group holding an event at a CCT venue. The bursaries on offer are there to provide funding for delegates who otherwise would not be able to afford to join their group in attending an event. The funds available will vary depending on the needs and circumstances of the applicant. The money provided can make a huge difference to delegates struggling to cover their costs and can allow Christian groups and organisations to make their event as inclusive as possible.

Why are bursaries so important?

Often, the bursaries we provide enable delegates to enjoy their first ever weekend away and allow them a break from their normal routine, their cares and their worries. It’s also important to CCT, and to many of the groups we host, that money isn’t a barrier to those wishing to attend an event. Delegates get a huge amount out of the meetings and conferences held at CCT venues, so it’s important that as many people as possible are included.

The small print

Though CCT bursaries are available to any Christian group using one of our centres, there are a few things we ask applicants to comply with to make sure the bursary funds are going to the right place. Firstly, we ask that organisations have established their own bursary fund, or similar programme, to subsidise their delegates and provide financial support. The application needs to be made at least three months prior to the event being held and payments to CCT needs to be received in full by the invoice due date. We also ask that groups applying for bursaries bring the minimum delegate numbers as shown in the contract.

If you’re planning a meeting or conference at one of our venues and want to support your members in attending the event, get in touch to find out more about the bursaries on offer.
