As anyone who’s visited The Hayes, High Leigh or Belsey Bridge will know, CCT conference venues are incredibly versatile spaces. Able to accommodate large organisations with hundreds of members just as easily as small groups with just a few attendees, our varied conference rooms and meeting spaces help us to cater for all types and sizes of event.
To show just how adaptable our venues are, we thought we’d give you a rundown of some of the conferences, meetings and get togethers we’ve hosted in recent months. A diverse list to say the least, it demonstrates that our venues are perfect for any occasion.
With a choice of conference spaces and meeting rooms on offer in all of our venues, groups of all sizes can make full use of our facilities. With our smaller meeting rooms seating from 6 to 25 delegates and our larger conference halls seating up to 400 at The Hayes, 220 at High Leigh and 110 at Belsey Bridge, and ranging in style from the more traditional to the very modern, there’s a meeting space to suit every group’s individual needs.
Groups, charities and organisations use CCT venues for various reasons. Some use our meeting spaces on a regular basis to hold weekly, monthly or bi-monthly get togethers, while others take advantage of the high-quality accommodation to hold weekend residential retreats and annual conferences. The venues are set up so that both one-day and multiple-day events are easy to organise and to manage, with the spacious rooms, state of the art AV equipment and excellent catering services on offer making any trip to a CCT venue easy and enjoyable.
Christian organisations make up a large proportion of the groups that use CCT venues. Church groups use our sites to hold praise and worship events, church weekends and residential events. The Church of England, The Methodist Church and the Scripture Union are among the Christian groups to have used CCT venues, though we’ve also hosted a large number of smaller Christian organisations.
Charities are also among the main visitors to The Hayes, High Leigh and Belsey Bridge. Over the years, we’ve welcomed a number of big names including Save The Children, The Royal British Legion and Girl Guiding.
Though charities and Christian groups make up a large percentage of visitors to CCT venues, we also host a number of small organisations and local clubs. The Historic Dance Society, the East of England Singers, the Needle and Thread Quilters, and a selection of other groups, all use our venues on a pretty regular basis.
The broad appeal of our venues and the variety of conference rooms we offer also make them ideal for local businesses and organisations looking for a venue to host their event.
