With winter approaching, the chefs at The Hayes have produced a warming menu full of hearty dishes and popular favourites to help delegates get through even the coldest of winter days.
Our winter menu has rich autumnal dishes like pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce and vegetarian shepherd’s pie. It will also offer lighter options like cod steaks with lemon and parsley sauce and chicken parmesan with braised rice, so it should have something to suit all taste buds.
To bring a little cheer during the winter months the menu has much loved sides like roast potatoes, broccoli cheese and freshly prepared salads. Throughout the week we will be serving a variety of different puddings such as Bakewell tart, ginger sponge and apple pie.
These are just a sample of what will be on our menu. During the week, we offer a variety of different meals to ensure that delegates and guests have a broad choice during their stay at our venues.
To cater for everyone who attends a conference or event our chefs can prepare special meals to suit a variety of dietary needs. Please let us know in advance if any of your delegates are vegetarian, vegan or gluten free, or if they have a food allergy. Our chefs will then cook up special meals for your delegates to enjoy.
An important part of any conference or event are the meal times. At CCT we like to ensure that our dining rooms are places where delegates and guests can come together and enjoy their stay. Our stylish Haddon and Chatsworth dining rooms will give delegates a fantastic opportunity to have a break, share ideas and catch up with colleagues and associates.
