At High Leigh, we’ve recently invested in upgrading to up-to-date audio and visual equipment for our conference halls and meeting rooms. Putting high quality tools at your fingertips, these AV facilities will help to make your meeting or conference a real success.
Yew Tree Hall
Able to seat up to 220 theatre-style, Yew Tree is the largest conference hall at High Leigh. The space recently received a system upgrade and now boasts bespoke 98” Christie screens so that the audience can view talks and seminars without missing any data or graphics. The hall also has two fold back screens for the speaker, allowing them to continue giving their presentation without looking away from the audience.
As well as its new high tech screens, Yew Tree Hall also boasts a Yamaha CLP-535 digital piano, air conditioning, HDMI and VGA inputs at the front and back of the room, a 22 channel sound system with four cordless microphones and a variety of other audio visual accessories.
Barclay Hall
With a maximum capacity of 110, Barclay Hall is a versatile and spacious venue suitable for a variety of purposes. Groups and organisations using the space will find a comprehensive variety of AV equipment available including two LCD screens with HDMI and VGA inputs at the front and back of the room, a 16 channel sound system with cordless microphones, and a high spec Yamaha digital piano. The hall also has air conditioning to ensure that delegates stay cool and comfortable throughout the event.
Chapel Barn
The recently renovated Chapel Barn offers groups and organisations a beautiful setting, a 100-person capacity space and a great variety of AV accessories. HDMI inputs are available in various floor boxes while the space also features a 32-channel mixing desk, two cordless microphones, two lapel microphones, air conditioning and a Yamaha digital piano. As the Chapel Barn also comes with exclusive catering facilities, it’s the perfect choice for those looking for a self-contained venue.
Meeting rooms
As well as these large conference halls, High Leigh is also home to a fantastic choice of meeting rooms. The Walnut Room, Willow Hall and the Cherry Room all feature the latest audio visual equipment and LED screens with HDMI and VGA inputs, as well as Yamaho pianos.
All of our smaller meeting rooms have LED screens fitted as standard and are great for either a small conference or as a syndicate room for a larger event.
Unlike many other conference venues around the country, use of the AV equipment at High Leigh is included in the cost of renting the space. This ensures you have all of the high tech accessories you could possibly need to make your event a success.
