Over the last two years, we’ve been investing in our venues to prepare them for the next generation of conferencing. Guest needs are changing, with facilities such as video streaming, super-fast WiFi and en-suite bedrooms expected as standard. When our groups return this summer, they will see some big difference and it’s not just the colourful, modern new signage that welcomes them!
Stunning new accommodation wing at High Leigh
Our £3.5 million investment at High Leigh features 38 en-suite bedrooms, including 2 limited mobility rooms. The new generously sized rooms can be easily adapted for individual use, shared use or for families. The energy-efficient building features solar panels and air source heat pumps. Each room is individually air-conditioned and comes with a luxury bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and is elegantly tiled from floor to ceiling. Guest will enjoy USB sockets next to their extra comfortable beds and benefit from generous free WiFi to stream movies to their own devices.
This new accommodation wing means that High Leigh is now equipped entirely with en-suite bedrooms.
Refurbishing The Hayes
Dating back to the 1850s, The Hayes has retained many period features and still has the feeling of staying in a large private manor house. Over the years, some of these original features were covered up and it is only now that they are being returned to their former beauty. The Brown Lounge at the entrance to the building has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur. Situated next to the reception, the lounge now provides a luxurious space to relax, drink coffee and chat with one another.
We’ve also refurbished the Chatsworth dining room with bright walls, stylish lighting and elegant new dining tables and comfortable chairs.
New bar lounge at High Leigh
Our guests like to unwind and spend time together in the evening and our lounges are the perfect place for relaxing. At High Leigh we have created a new evening bar lounge with TV screens to show sports fixtures, bar stools and tables and an impressive new serving bar.
We’re also putting the finishing touches to a refurbished Boardroom at High Leigh. This light and airy meeting room will have built-in ceiling speakers with surround sound, a large flatscreen TV and elegant panelled walls.
Exciting new coffee partnership
We are proud to serve Paddy & Scott’s Lunch Box Coffee at all of our venues. Our new coffee partnership will directly benefit coffee growing communities. It tastes fantastic and will certainly keep our guests buzzing!
