Despite the cold weather outside, January is always a busy time for groups wanting to book future conferences. All three Centres are busy taking bookings for this year and for several years ahead.
This year in particular there has already been significant interest in our improved discounts for children. We are now pleased to be offering free places for children aged 5 or under, and are only charging 50% of the adult price for children aged between 6-13 years.
These discounts, in addition to our already competitive pricing, are helping to ensure that we provide high quality facilities at an affordable price. Our prices are based on a very simple price per head basis relating to the type of accommodation booked. This price covers the accommodation, meeting hall, syndicate rooms, meals, refreshment breaks, audio-visual equipment and wireless internet access. The only additional charges are made for consumable items such as photocopies, wine receptions, enhanced meals or particular requirements agreed in advance of your event.
