All three CCT venues have gardens and grounds that are designed to provide tranquil surroundings to aid both concentration and relaxation for delegates, making them ideal locations for a personal or group retreat.
This provides the ability for people to find the perfect space to "be still". This could be under a tree in the sunshine, beside a lake or simply strolling around our many acres.
In addition to this, we are now pleased to have three specific areas at The Hayes which are ideal for quiet reflection:
- At the top of the site, the Labyrinth area has been relandscaped as part of the walkway development and is now even more accessible to delegates.
- In the middle of the site, there is now a dedicated Prayer Room on the first floor of the Alan Booth Centre to give indoor space that is available for all.
- At the bottom of the site is a purpose built wooden gazebo with views across the Lake. This facility was provided in loving memory of Helen Widdowson, an Assistant Manager at The Hayes between 2004-2012 and now provides an ideal space to reflect.
