We are looking for somebody that is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They will be an inspirational "hands on" leader with the ability to develop highly effective teams and will have a record of achievement in senior managerial positions in the hotel or conference centre sector. Reporting to our Chief Executive and having responsibility for multiple teams providing guest facing services (catering, accommodation and hospitality management) across our residential conference centres in the South East, they will ensure that high levels of guest satisfaction are achieved by delivering outstanding hospitality services.
