To assist conference organisers, we have introduced a sliding scale of charges for cancellation of all or part of a booking. This is in line with most other leading venues and is designed so that an organisation that finds the need to cancel is only charged in reasonable proportion to the costs incurred.
In the event that you cancel all or part of your booking, upon acknowledgement of your written confirmation, the following cancellation fee will apply to the final invoice (no VAT is charged):
In addition to these changes for full or part cancellation, the Booking Contract has been simplified with updated terms and conditions. These changes apply to all Booking Contracts now being issued.
