Relaxing spaces to enjoy

Whatever the theme or goal of a meeting or event, large get-togethers can be intense. Even when all of the delegates agree on a common purpose, spending a whole weekend meeting new people, discussing important issues and catching up with old friends can be exhausting.

To make sure that the delegates attending your organisation’s events don’t run out of steam before the conference is over, all of our venues offer a wide choice of seating and relaxation areas. Available throughout an event, these welcoming spaces are the ideal spots for socialising, resting or quietly reflecting on everything that you’ve learned during the weekend.

Chapels and meditation spaces

As the majority of the groups that use our venues are Christian based, we believe it’s important to offer delegates a space to pray, reflect and meditate.

Specially designed to be tranquil and calm, these relaxing spaces help to ensure that there’s always a place to escape the crowds and be alone with your own thoughts.

Licenced bars

The evening sections of a conference or event are often the most productive when it comes to networking. Once the lectures, meetings and discussions are done for the day, delegates can sit back, relax and get to know the like-minded people also attending the event.

With their elegant interiors and relaxed atmospheres, the fully licenced bars at our venues are the ideal locations to mingle with new people and catch up with old friends. Organisers can also use the bar in their venue as a space to organise social gatherings, evening drinks parties and other celebrations.

Sports facilities and games rooms

Perfect for releasing any built up tension and a good way to blow away the cobwebs, a bit of exercise will help your delegates relax and unwind at the end of a busy day.

All of our venues have provisions for sports and games, with a number of indoor facilities available for when the weather isn’t playing ball.

Lounge areas

As well as their bars, games rooms and chapels, CCT venues also boast a number of spacious lounge and seating areas. Perfect for informal meetings, friendly get-togethers and for relaxing in between events, these comfortable areas help to make our venues feel spacious and welcoming.

The wellbeing and enjoyment of delegates attending events at our venues is one of the main priorities of the CCT group. That’s why we’ve gone out of our way to ensure that there’s plenty of space for relaxing, meditating and socialising at all of our impressive sites.
