Highgate House features one large conference hall, three medium-size halls and 12 meeting spaces of varying sizes.
All of our meeting spaces come with high-quality audio and visual equipment as standard at no extra cost. The venue has high-speed Wi-Fi which makes streaming your event easy.
Aspen
This is our largest hall which can seat up to 200 people theatre-style or 100 cabaret-style. It includes six smaller adjacent breakout rooms seating 12 in boardroom style or 20 in theatre or circle layout. Aspen includes:
- A large projector screen 3m x 2.5m
- 3 x wireless handheld mics
- 3 x lapel mics
- Full sound system and analogue sound desk with Bluetooth connectivity, HDMI and a CD player.
- Hearing loop availability
Annerley
This is a medium size hall for up to 70 in theatre-style, 50 in cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It includes two smaller adjacent breakout rooms seating 8 in boardroom style or 10 in theatre or circle layout. Annerley has:
- A projector and large screen
- An audio speaker set up
- HDMI connection
Ismay
This is a medium size hall for up to 50 in theatre-style, 32 in cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It includes an adjacent breakout room. Ismay is equipped with:

Rowan
This medium size room can seat up to 40 in theatre style, 32 cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It has stunning countryside views and is located next to the Baronial Hall Lounge and close to the Library meeting room.
Rowan includes a 65” Flatscreen TV screen on a movable stand with a sound bar, HDMI connectivity and casting availability.
Pine
This room can seat up to 35 in theatre style and 16 in boardroom layout. It has views of the gardens.
Pine includes a 75” flatscreen TV screen with a sound bar, HDMI connectivity and casting availability.
Holly
This boardroom can seat up to 14. It has good views of the gardens. Holly includes a 65” flatscreen TV screen with a sound bar, HDMI connectivity and casting availability.
Library
This intimate room has great countryside views and can seat up to 12 in a boardroom layout. It's equipped with a 55” flatscreen TV screen with a sound bar and HDMI connectivity.
